瓦斯貨車疑闖紅燈！ 騎士遭撞左眼破裂
貨車駕駛闖紅燈，撞飛騎機車的夫妻，日前台北市興隆路發生一起嚴重事故，載瓦斯的小貨車，行駛在下坡路段，經過十字路口時，疑似沒注意前方是紅燈，搶快追撞雙載的潘姓夫妻，兩名傷者全身是傷、顱內出血，送醫治療，先生的左眼破裂，只剩單眼的視力。
小貨車直直往前，砰一聲，撞到一部機車，車上兩個人從坐墊上摔翻落地，動也不動，放慢速度再看一次，載滿瓦斯的駕駛經過路口，明明亮紅燈卻沒減速，撞上雙載騎士後，急忙下車查看。
附近店家：「也很大力也很慘，兩個騎摩托車的都倒了，試圖想要爬起來，但沒有爬起來。」
記者李潔：「事故地點就發生在這個十字路口，當時機車綠燈直行，沒想到遭到小貨車衝撞，而騎士被撞飛之後，左眼球當場破裂。」
警方調查，11日上午8點多，台北市興隆路四段，57歲潘姓騎士當天上午載著妻子出門，眼看綠燈 直直往前，偏偏45歲林姓駕駛，經過路口闖紅燈，這一撞 夫妻倆顱內出血，潘姓騎士左眼慘遭摘除。
附近店家：「剛設紅綠燈，在以前還沒設紅綠燈，雖然有(車禍)，好像都沒有那麼嚴重過，以前是裝閃黃燈的時候，大家經過這裡，都知道要看車子一下，(現在)反正一方看到有綠燈，綠燈那一方一定很快，紅燈忽略的那一方那就更慘了。」
回到事故地點，這窄窄的巷子 過去是閃燈，這幾年才變為紅綠燈設計，但附近居民指出，這紅綠燈與大路口原本的燈號靠得太近，常有人貪方便直直闖越，反而更危險。依照法令，闖紅燈開罰戰利品活動商品1800到5400元，但罰錢事小，再看一次撞擊瞬間，小貨車下坡行駛，卻疑似沒注意燈號，在路口撞上夫妻騎士，傷者左眼破裂摘除，成了一輩子難以復原的傷痛。
反對深澳電廠 新北市正式展開訴願 詹順貴質疑市府適格

3月中環保署環評大會，在環保署副署長詹順貴於表決平手後投下「關鍵一票」後，通過了深澳電廠環差案，後續引發了各界爭議；先是有民間團體提出訴願，接著新北市政府18日亦與義務律師陳憲政等十多位律師團宣布，正式展開訴願程序，隨即由環保局副局長王美文親自將訴願書送到環保署。
新北市環保局長劉和然表示，新北市不滿，環評大會在台電未詳盡說明深澳電廠對環境的影響下，就強行通過，因此啟動訴願、行政訴訟等程序。訴願是行政訴訟前的先行程序，流程將是新北市向環保署提出訴願後，約在一個月環保署會提出答辯，新北市再回應；雙方如無共識，將展開行政訴訟。
昔環境律師今挨告 詹順貴：新北市府作秀過頭
面對新北市府的宣戰，環保署長李應元表示，理解並尊重新北市府作法，既然大家關心此案，再檢視一次也無所謂，但他認為深澳案的環評過程嚴謹，只有太嚴沒有太鬆。
副署長詹順貴則表示，尊重新北市府，但他認為新北市府是公法人，既不是環評結論的相對人，也不是自然人，在地居民才可以主張會影響健康而建立利害關係，新北市府作秀過頭，將來若遭行政院法規會以利害關係無法建立而駁回訴願，他質疑新北市政府又會混淆視聽說是護航。
以深澳海岸風光做為記者會的背板，劉和然強調，深澳電廠破壞當地景觀、更對市民造成無形的傷害健康。劉和然批，在3月14日環評大會表決通過深澳案後，各界提出不宜興建的理由，但遺憾的是，在5月9日環評大會的台電補報告案中，台電仍無具體作為，資料與之前沒有太大不同，面對環委有提出質疑才拿出來補充，顯示刻意有資料卻在環評程序中不發，而環評大會仍是放行，後續也一直等不到經濟部、台電自行撤案或提出改善。最後環保署仍在6月28日正式公告環評結論生效。讓新北市府相當失望，也決心展開訴訟。
劉和然表示，新北市長朱立倫早已表態，「新北市不反對蓋電廠，但是反對高污染的燃煤電廠」，但中央這段時間卻刻意聽不到各界反對意見，更陸續提出「乾淨的煤」、「跟燃氣差不多」、「不要中電北送」等說詞來自我催眠。但是，「台灣的電到底夠不夠」中央卻一直不說清楚，一下說深澳電廠是為了減低中電北送、一下行政院長賴清德又說「台灣的電不是不夠，是剩不夠多」、台電又說「也曾有北電中送」，地方政府與民眾等不到真相，也等不到中央的善意跟良知。 義務律師：環評大會官派委員未迴避 是重大程序瑕疵
新北市政府的義務律師團團長陳憲政指出，3月14日環評大會當天，出席的機關代表高達5人，深澳為台電的案子，台電是國營企業，機關代表卻沒有迴避，且在表決8比8的狀況下，由詹順貴做出修正後通過的決定，是程序上重大瑕疵。
陳憲政更表示，深澳電廠與瑞芳保育區重疊、是海岸一級保護區等都依法不得開發，還有當時環評委員鄭明修等質疑珊瑚移植沒有成功案例並不可行、堤防對深澳灣生態的影響等，都沒有完成確認及協商。劉和然批，當時環評大會應該要求補件再審，但是卻做出通過後再補件，根本是想要「頭過身就過」。
深澳通過環評是在2006年，2018年通過環差案，兩者已相距了10多年；陳憲政指出，資料，當時的資料不應該直接拿來這時候用，當時也沒有健康風險相關調查，但環保署卻以新計畫有減輕環境影響、且期間有拆除舊電廠的工程為由，讓深澳案不需重做環評或展開環現差去重新調查。
「對深澳灣來說就是全新的計畫。」陳憲政認為，海事設施從原遭激烈反對的蕃仔澳灣移到深澳灣後，對深澳灣的生態當然是全新的新計畫，不能說有減輕。
劉和然重申，新北市將來會以「不核發」生煤許可來反制深澳電廠。他的解讀是空污法修法後，所可能影響的生煤許可審核只限於既有電廠展延，新設電廠的核發還是在地方政府手上。詹順貴則表示，這的確是新北市府的權力，而新北市府過去一再揚言不會核發。
